Eligibility

Our Services
- We connect users with car leasing opportunities from partner dealerships
- We provide educational content and lease calculation tools
- We do not directly finance or underwrite lease agreements
- Final lease terms are determined by partner financial institutions
- We are not a party to any lease agreement between you and dealers
User Obligations
- You agree to provide truthful and accurate information
- You will not use our services for any illegal purpose
- You will not attempt to manipulate or abuse our platform
- You will not interfere with other users' access to our services
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
- All content on our platform is owned by or licensed to Drivlo
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
- Drivlo trademarks and logos may not be used without written consent
- User-generated content remains your property but grants us a license to use it
Third-Party Links
- Our platform may contain links to third-party websites
- We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties
- Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Lease approvals are subject to credit checks and dealer policies
- We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our content
Limitation of Liability
- Drivlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so this may not apply
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify Drivlo against claims arising from your use of our services
- This includes violations of these Terms or applicable laws
- We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any claim
Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations
- You may delete your account at any time
- Provisions that by their nature survive termination will survive
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York
- Any disputes shall be resolved in New York courts
- The UN Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods does not apply
